Els aliments que contenen molta fibra s\u00f3n saludables, per\u00f2 retarden la digesti\u00f3 i poden causar mal de panxa als esportistes. Per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s millor evitar les carxofes, el br\u00f2quil, la col, els cereals integrals i els<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aliments rics en greixos. No es recomanen els aliments fregits, arrebossats i estofats, ja que tamb\u00e9 poden causar una mala digesti\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha de consumir peix amb poc greix en lloc de salm\u00f3 o sardina, que s\u00f3n molt saludables, per\u00f2 m\u00e9s dif\u00edcils de digerir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Llum verda: aliments a consumir<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Al vapor, saltats o a la graella.
