De fet, hi ha una relaci\u00f3 entre la TL i la incid\u00e8ncia lesional (Drew i Finch, 2016), el que manifesta la import\u00e0ncia de mesurar aquest factor. La quantificaci\u00f3 de la TL est\u00e0 pensada per analitzar les adaptacions produ\u00efdes per l\u2019entrenament i reduir el risc de patir efectes secundaris relacionats, com sobrec\u00e0rrega no funcional i lesions (Halson, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>Al futbol en particular i a l\u2019esport d\u2019elit en general hi ha una l\u00ednia molt fina entre l\u2019\u00e8xit i el frac\u00e0s. Un munt de factors interns i externs determinen el rendiment. Controlar i con\u00e8ixer aquests factors ens servir\u00e0 per avaluar si un esportista s\u2019adapta i respon a un programa d\u2019entrenament. Mitjan\u00e7ant el seguiment, podem analitzar l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de par\u00e0metres relacionats amb la fatiga per tal d\u2019introduir els ajustaments adequats segons l\u2019estat de l\u2019esportista. Hi ha diversos sistemes de mesurament, com el GPS, els puls\u00edmetres o els analitzadors de lactat, per\u00f2 no sempre disposarem d\u2019aquests instruments. Tanmateix, en els darrers anys han aparegut els q\u00fcestionaris de benestar (<em>wellness questionnaires<\/em>) com un m\u00e8tode fiable, econ\u00f2mic i d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 senzilla per controlar la resposta al treball (Heidari et al., 2019; Saw et al., 2016). Aquests q\u00fcestionaris representen la percepci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 l\u2019esportista del seu grau d\u2019estr\u00e8s i aporten dades de la TL des del punt de vista fisiol\u00f2gic i psicol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Import\u00e0ncia dels q\u00fcestionaris de benestar<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Als esports com el futbol, en els quals cada equip est\u00e0 integrat per 20-25 jugadors, no \u00e9s viable mantenir una conversa di\u00e0ria amb cadascun d\u2019ells per veure com es troben, com han dormit o quin grau de fatiga tenen. Amb els q\u00fcestionaris de benestar obtindrem aquesta informaci\u00f3 tan valuosa de manera r\u00e0pida i f\u00e0cilment processable sense haver de parlar amb cada un dels integrants del grup. Per aix\u00f2, l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019aquests q\u00fcestionaris est\u00e0 augmentant de manera exponencial. De fet, en l\u2019actualitat, els dirigents m\u00e8dics dels equips que componen l\u2019Estudi de lesions en clubs d\u2019elit de la UEFA (<em>UEFA Elite Club Injury Study<\/em>, figura 1) els consideren com la segona eina de seguiment m\u00e9s important per prevenir lesions (McCall et al., 2016). L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de la fatiga percebuda va ser la variable m\u00e9s analitzada; tot i que tamb\u00e9 es van incloure, entre les variables estudiades en la prevenci\u00f3 de lesions per part dels principals equips de futbol europeu, les mi\u00e0lgies, el grau de recuperaci\u00f3 percebut i la qualitat del son (McCall et al., 2016). Les tres eines de seguiment m\u00e9s utilitzades pels equips UEFA Elite Club per avaluar el risc de lesi\u00f3 en els seus jugadors (McCall et al., 2016)."},{"acf_fc_layout":"bloque_de_texto","bloque_de_texto":"<p>D\u2019altra banda, els investigadors de la John Moores University de Liverpool (Regne Unit) han observat que, en els jugadors de futbol d\u2019elit, els q\u00fcestionaris de benestar (que avaluen la fatiga, la qualitat del son i les mi\u00e0lgies de manera subjectiva) s\u00f3n m\u00e9s sensibles a les fluctuacions di\u00e0ries de la TL en comparaci\u00f3 amb els marcadors objectius de fatiga, com la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca (FC) subm\u00e0xima, la FC de recuperaci\u00f3 o la variabilitat de la FC (Thorpe et al., 2016). Aix\u00ed mateix, aquests autors han determinat que la fatiga percebuda es correlaciona amb la dist\u00e0ncia total recorreguda a alta intensitat (Thorpe et al., 2015, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aspectes metodol\u00f2gics<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha diferents models de q\u00fcestionaris de benestar. No obstant aix\u00f2, alguns es componen de diverses escales i elements, de manera que es perd parcialment un dels seus avantatges m\u00e9s importants: la velocitat i senzillesa a l\u2019hora d\u2019administrar-los i analitzar-ne els resultats. Xavier Franquesa, preparador f\u00edsic del Juvenil B de la secci\u00f3 de futbol del FC Barcelona, explica com duen a terme la r\u00e0pida recollida de dades: \u201cAls jugadors els arriba un av\u00eds al m\u00f2bil perqu\u00e8 omplin els q\u00fcestionaris abans d\u2019esmorzar, i mentre esmorzen, nosaltres els analitzem\u201d. Dins dels q\u00fcestionaris que s\u2019administren amb relativa rapidesa i facilitat, destaquem l\u2019escala de Hooper (Hooper i Mackinnon, 1995), basada en l\u2019an\u00e0lisi subjectiva de la qualitat del son de la nit anterior, el grau d\u2019estr\u00e8s, el grau de fatiga i les mi\u00e0lgies percebudes. Cada pregunta es qualifica de manera individual amb puntuacions que van de l\u20191 (\u201cMolt, molt baix o bo\u201d) a 7 (\u201cMolt, molt alt o dolent\u201d).
