part dels partits als esports d\u2019equip es componen de dos per\u00edodes de joc (normalment de 30 o 45 minuts) separats per una pausa a la meitat del joc (de 10 a 20 minuts). Al descans, els jugadors volen relaxar-se mentalment i f\u00edsicament despr\u00e9s del joc, rehidratar-se, prendre ajuts ergog\u00e8nics, atendre a les instruccions t\u00e8cniques de l\u2019entrenador, rebre tractament m\u00e8dic o renovar l\u2019equipament<sup>1<\/sup>. Tot i aix\u00f2, pot ser que aquest protocol d\u2019actuaci\u00f3, tan acceptat pels esportistes i entrenadors, no sigui l\u2019\u00f2ptim. En algunes investigacions s\u2019ha demostrat, com \u00e9s en el cas del futbol,el jugador perd rendiment f\u00edsic<sup>2<\/sup> i cognitiu<sup>3<\/sup> i augmenta el risc de lesi\u00f3<sup>4<\/sup> a l\u2019inici de la segona part. Sembla que la p\u00e8rdua de temperatura corporal a causa d\u2019una recuperaci\u00f3 massa passiva al vestidor estaria relacionada amb aquest deteriorament del rendiment.<\/p>\n<p>En una investigaci\u00f3 recent<sup>5<\/sup> se suggereix un model d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 diferent durant el descans per reduir els possibles efectes negatius de la pausa al partit. Les propostes d\u2019actuaci\u00f3, l\u2019ordre i la durada \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent (tenint en compte que el descans dura 15 minuts):<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>De \u221215 a \u221213 minuts: <\/strong>Els jugadors arriben al vestidor des del camp.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u221213 a \u221210 minuts: <\/strong>Temps personal per als jugadors (incl\u00f2s el tractament de lesions).<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u221210 a \u22128 minuts:<\/strong> Di\u00e0leg de l\u2019entrenador amb l\u2019equip (amb an\u00e0lisi de v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u22128 a \u22126 minuts: <\/strong>Visionament de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de v\u00eddeo individuals (amb <em>feedback<\/em> associat).<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u22126 a \u22124 minuts: <\/strong>Vestir-se i ajustar l\u2019equipament; xiclet amb cafe\u00efna.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Durant tot aquest temps (de \u221215 a \u22124 minuts)<\/strong>: Estrat\u00e8gies passives per mantenir la calor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u22124 a \u22121 minuts: <\/strong>Reescalfament amb exercicis d\u2019alta intensitat o potenciaci\u00f3 postactivaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De \u22121 a l\u2019inici de la segona part: <\/strong>Hidrataci\u00f3 de carbohidrats a la boca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Durant tot el temps del descans:<\/strong> estrat\u00e8gies hidronutricionals adequades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>p\u00e8rdua de la temperatura corporal<\/strong> observada durant el descans podria evitar-se amb dues estrat\u00e8gies<sup>6<\/sup>:<\/p>\n<p>1. Utilitzar peces de roba calentes, jaquetes de superviv\u00e8ncia a l\u2019aire lliure o coixinets t\u00e8rmics. Aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 pocs inconvenients per als esportistes i s\u2019ha demostrat que serveix per combatre la p\u00e8rdua de temperatura corporal.<\/p>\n<p>2. Es podria augmentar la temperatura ambiental del vestuari.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>reescalfament proposat al final del descans<\/strong> pot millorar el rendiment f\u00edsic i t\u00e8cnic dels jugadors en comparaci\u00f3 amb les pr\u00e0ctiques de recuperaci\u00f3 passiva<sup>7<\/sup>. Fer exercicis d\u2019alta intensitat o potenciaci\u00f3 postactivaci\u00f3 pot ser una bona estrat\u00e8gia. La <strong>pres\u00e8ncia de cafe\u00efna i carbohidrats a la boca<\/strong> pot facilitar el rendiment immediatament posterior<sup>8,9<\/sup>. Tanmateix, si passa massa temps entre la ingesta i l\u2019exercici subseg\u00fcent, els efectes ergog\u00e8nics d\u2019aquestes subst\u00e0ncies es poden perdre. Es recomanen els xiclets de cafe\u00efna i les solucions de carbohidrats per als moments finals del descans. El <strong>refor\u00e7 positiu del visionament de seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de v\u00eddeo<\/strong> amb accions satisfact\u00f2ries dels jugadors podria incrementar-se amb missatges positius de l\u2019entrenador<sup>10<\/sup>. De la mateixa manera, cal presentar amb cautela imatges de l\u2019equip contrari que puguin generar reaccions negatives en els esportistes.<\/p>\n<p>En qualsevol cas, aquest model te\u00f2ric d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 als descansos no ha de ser un protocol r\u00edgid.
