isquiosurales son una de las zonas musculares m\u00e1s com\u00fanmente lesionadas, sobre todo en aquellos deportes que implican cambios de direcci\u00f3n y velocidad (Bahr, Clarsen, &amp; Ekstrand, 2018; H\u00e4gglund, Wald\u00e9n, &amp; Ekstrand, 2005). La incidencia de este tipo de lesi\u00f3n en el futbol profesional ha aumentado anualmente un 4% desde el 2001 (Ekstrand, Wald\u00e9n, &amp; H\u00e4gglund, 2016). Por ello, cuerpo m\u00e9dico, t\u00e9cnicos y preparadores intentan desarrollar programas de prevenci\u00f3n con el objetivo de disminuir su incidencia. Un ejercicio muy utilizado en estos programas es el curl n\u00f3rdico (NHE).<\/p>\n<p>Recientemente, un estudio (van Dyk, Behan, &amp; Whiteley, 2019) publicado en la British Journal of Sports Medicine ha analizado si incluir este ejercicio en un programa de prevenci\u00f3n disminuye realmente el \u00edndice de lesi\u00f3n en los isquiosurales.
