A incid\u00eancia deste tipo de les\u00e3o no futebol profissional aumentou em 4% durante os \u00faltimos anos desde 2001 (Ekstrand, Wald\u00e9n, &amp; H\u00e4gglund, 2016). Em virtude disso, corpo m\u00e9dico, t\u00e9cnicos e preparadores f\u00edsicos desenvolveram programas de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica com o objetivo de diminuir essa incid\u00eancia. Um dos exerc\u00edcios mais utilizados nestes programas \u00e9 a flex\u00e3o n\u00f3rdica (NHC).<\/p>\n<p>Recentemente, um estudo (van Dyk, Behan, &amp; Whiteley, 2019) publicado pelo British Journal of Sports Medicine analisou se a inclus\u00e3o deste tipo de exerc\u00edcio em um programa de preven\u00e7\u00e3o poderia realmente diminuir o \u00edndice de les\u00f5es nos isquiossurais.
